Currently for our Client, we are looking for Candidates for a position of Junior Finance Specialist with Russian (no experience is needed)
Duties and responsibilities:
- to audit travel expense claims and submitted receipts in the global expense claim system,
- to provide support for co-workers from selected countries,
- to book company credit cards statements,
- to check for incorrect or incomplete data and follow-up on the status of claims,
- to create and maintain, working routines and training materials,
- to support team in every-day activities,
Our requirements:
- Fluency in English and Russian;
- experience in the customer service area/accounting would be an asset;
- very good verbal and written communication skills;
- willingness to work in the fast-changing environment.
