Responsibilites
- Designing, integrating & implementing solutions based on vendor solutions such as NICE Actimize;
- Eliciting, analyzing, documenting and validating business, functional and system requirements;
- Collaboration with functional process owners, technical experts, testing team and requirements to ensure that business requirements are met;
- Opportunity to contribute to creation of technical standards and procedures;
- Participation in complete solution delivery process starting from desing till user acceptance and finally production deployment and initial support.
Requirements
- practical experience with SQL/PL SQL and relational database management systems (Oracle preferable);
- flexibility in moving across different programming languages/technologies is a plus (Java EE, MVC, Velocity, XSL, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, HTML, CSS);
- understanding software lifecycle processes;
- willingness to learn new technologies;
- ingenuity and creativity;
- logical approach to problem solving;
- analytical capabilities;
- tenacity and patience
- an understanding of business processes and constraints
- good English communication skills
