Job description

Mission


As a member of the Homologation Team of the Applus IDIADA Group, your mission will be to carry out CoP audits and homologation activities for the local automotive market at National and International level. You will support a Senior Homologation Engineer of IDIADA Poland in the field of complete vehicle homologations and also in the field of automotive components homologations.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Maintain up to date the Quality and CoP system of the manufacturers.

  • Help IDIADA’s Homologation Team in order to promote Homologation business in Poland by targeting Polish clients, identifying their homologation needs, preparing and presenting quotes to clients and closing the terms and conditions by getting the purchasing orders.

  • Undertake homologation programs taking advantage of the network of automotive testing capabilities in Poland.

  • Follow up Polish homologation process of our clients.

  • Create a network of contacts with the Homologation Stakeholders.

Requirements

Profile requirements

  • Enthusiastic engineer looking for developing a professional career in Automotive Sector.

  • Analytic Skills in order to keep track of new procedures and legislations in Automotive Homologations.

  • Ability to develop new contacts within Homologation Managers of the different manufacturers as well as with the Polish Approval Authorities.

  • Strong customer and service orientation, with high level of initiative and proactive approach.

  • Some experience in Management of Quality System (ISO 9001).

  • Some experience in EC/ECE Regulation will be welcomed.

  • Good communication skills (able to teach clients about technical requirements). Confident, with the ability to convince through technical arguments.

  • Able to work in an entrepreneurial, dynamic and international environment.

  • Willingness to travel if required.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Engineering Degree, preferably Mechanical or Automotive specialization.

Language skills

  • Native Polish and Advanced English is a must.
