Work Details
- Our Customer Service Team provides telephone support for the employees of our clients. They contact us with questions about social benefits connected with their employment, and we explain how to use the online system, or with more complex cases, we investigate and get back to the customer with a solution. We work, learn and succeed together as a team.
Requirements
- Availability: at least 25h per week, from October 2019
- Active student status
- Very good English – C1 minimum - because you’ll be working in an international environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Motivation – openness to develop and learn quickly
- Spotless record and strong ethos
