Responsibilities

• Implement rollout of the Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 template to multiple locations in EMEA
• Managing the life cycle of change requests, from requirements engineering to support of user acceptance testing
• Take an active lead for specific topics with scope for full life cycle processes related to ERP
• Knowledge of business processes to find global solutions for new requirements and aligning them with stakeholders
• Collaboration with developers to implement solutions
• Creating training material and performing trainings, both remote and on-site, on Dynamics AX2012 topics
• Support regional ICT project manager in project implementation as well as the implementation and maintenance of Group IT standards and best practices / support users in EMEA facilities, especially during the implementation phase
• Providing global 2nd level support to Dynamics AX users using NORMA Group’s incident management system and processes
• Up to 50% travel

Profile:

• Several Year AX2012 experience
• Experience in Dynamics AX rollouts
• Process end-to-end understanding is a plus
• Discrete manufacturing (Automotive supplier to OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2) experience is a plus
• AX2009 familiarity is a plus
• Experienced in communicating effectively across all levels
• Focussed and self-driven
• Excellent communication skills German or English (written and spoken) at all levels Senior-level
