B2B New Business Manager (IT)

Location: wielkopolskie / Poznań

 

Job description

We’re looking for a self-motivated, open minded New Business Manager, with min. 2+ years of experience in New Business, who will be responsible for generating leads and growing our corporate client base in Europe (North and Western Europe).

You will be responsible for:

  • Contacting prospects from M&A industry in Sweden (corporate finance advisers, investment bankers, PE/VC investment directors, legal advisers) through, but not limited to, LinkedIn messages, email, direct calls, leveraging personal networks.
  • Looking for new ideas of contacting customers.
  • Following up on marketing-generated leads from outside Poland.
  • Demonstrating the value of our product to potential clients (during chats, calls, e-meetings).
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients.
  • Brand Advocacy on LinkedIn.
  • Promoting FORDATA products on communities like LinkedIn Groups etc (with Marketing Department), industry conferences (after pandemic).
  • In the future: Preparing proposal and sales presentations, negotiations, closing sales.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B New Business, preferably for SaaS solutions or finance industry.
  • Fluency in English (you will be responsible for contacting English speaking customers only).
  • Higher education, preferably in economy or finance.
  • ‘Happy loser’ personality.
  • Hunter rather than Farmer set of skills.
  • Pro-active and can-do attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Persistence in striving for goals and stron desire for success.

Nice to haves:

  • Good knowledge of German.
  • Basic knowledge about capital transactions (M&A’s) or capital market.
  • CRM experience.
