Back Office Specialist with Dutch
Location: Kraków

Main tasks:
- Contact with customers via phone and email,
- Receive and research of documents,
- Escalate unresolved inquiries for resolution,
- Reports and analyses required by client are compiled within deadlines,
- Cooperation with the different departments within the company,
- Various back-office tasks including updating informations on the system.
Requirements:
- Very good level of Dutch,
- Communicative level of English,
- Analitycal skills,
- Previus experience in back office area is an asset.
