Supporter with Danish Your new company This globally recognised company located in Warsaw is a fast growing organisation with stable employment conditions. At the moment a new Customer Care Centre is being created in their Warsaw office and they have job vacancies for supporters speaking Danish.
Your new role
Support customers are responsible for handling of purchase order requisitions in SAP system interface, act as a liaison among Marketing team and Account Managers / Sales Engineers for additional information ad requested i.e. price amendments. Also supporters role is to interact and proactively liaise with customer, if agrees delivery dates can not be met. You will be responsible for getting customer’s acceptance of a new date amend accordingly and supporting the initiative to reduce the numbers of manual orders places and promote online ordering. Support customers job is also to provide information about the management of customer orders regarding deadlines, orders, delivery locations, billing, transport guide etc.
What you'll need to succeed
You speak good Danish on a min. B2 level and English on a min. upper-intermediate level (B2). You possess general interest and positive attitude for learning technical concepts, problem solving abilities with attention to detail, ability to multi-task. You may also have analytical skills to understand the problematic and handle complex issues.
