Job Description:

Communication with Feeding Systems and Product Control in case of issues

Checking Market Data files
-
Daily statuses of import and loading of files delivered by the source systems into the database
-
Help desk and User Management
-
Monitoring Import errors
-
Managing incidents, configuration changes, etc.
-
Supporting roll-out of new Releases
-
Setting up / supporting setup of new / changed interfaces
-
Database knowledge: Sybase or SQL Server (preferred)
-
Good SQL knowledge and Unix scripting
-
Java (web based) or C/C++/.NET knowledge will be an advantage
-
Minimum 2 years of support experience
-
Good English and Polish communication skills (written & spoken)

Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm

Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed multi-national delivery.

Efficient team-player, very good interpersonal skills

Ability to work at client’s locations in Poland and Europe (first 3-4 months in Milan, then in Warsaw)
