Technical and business requirements management and analysis in terms of data migration,

Designing solutions which will support data migration processes, for example extraction, transformation, loading, reconciliation,

Coordination and active participation in creating functional and technical solutions for data migration,

Coordination and active participation in migration tests for selected products,
-
Planning, preparing and implementing solutions dedicated for data migration support,
-
Participation in projects of banking systems’ integration and implementation, which include elements of data migration and IT transformation.

Higher education – preferably technical degree (informatics or similar) or economic (finance, banking, quantitative methods),
-
At least 5 years of experience in banking area – especially in designing and implementing systems for business needs ,

Experience in data migration in banking sector will be an additional asset,

Knowledge of software production cycle’s phases,
-
Knowledge of ETL technologies and solutions, used in migration data projects, for example IBM Data Stage, AB Initio, Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle Data Integrator,

SQL knowledge, database technologies or other programming languages will be a strong asset,
-
Previous experience or knowledge of banking systems, for example Oracle Flexcube, Temenos T24, Alnova, SAP (certification is considered as huge asset),

Certifications from the project management area will be additional asset (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile methodologies),

Very good knowledge of english and polish language,

Desire to undertake new challenges and responsibility,

Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve eventual problems,

Ability to communicate and present effectively,
