• minimum 2 years experience preferably in a F&B area,
• good knowledge of English,
• perfect time organization and self-dependence,
• ability to demonstrate hospitality in all interactions,
• attention to detail and a high level of accuracy,
• excellent communication skills,
• good computer skills (Micros or similar, Microsoft Office),
• ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

• organizes and plays an active role in welcoming guests,
• be an inspiration to all bar staff to achieve luxury levels of performance,
• ensures that employees are observing and following the Food and Beverage service standards and procedures,
• schedules employees in accordance to business demand,
• orders sufficient stock and ingredients on a daily basis and in amount to avoid waste,
• inspects Food and Beverage outlets at beginning of shift, on regular basis during shift and at the end of the shift,
• briefs Staff on a daily basis of relevant information,
• assists in the control and analysis of costs and revenues, and works on their improvement.
