Here is your chance, as MCU-HWAPI Baseband Bus (part of the Baseband Platform) is looking for a full-time pre-screener willing to reinforce our Pre-screening ranks. If you don’t have experience in such role, no worries, we will provide you with a comprehensive training on our product, analysis techniques and internal tools.
Baseband Platform is responsible for development of Base Transceiver Station System Modules, starting from conceptual and architectural design, going through prototypes bring-up together with first SW injections, and ending with completely functional System Module. Our SW release is a joint effort of a few System Components: LFS – Linux From Scratch (OS), CC&S – middleware, providing services to SW applications beyond those available from the operating system, MCU-HWAPI (Baseband Bus, Clock and Sync, Operability) – responsible for services abstracting product specific peripherals by a message-based interface, and UP-HWAPI – provides implementation of Digital Signal Processing SW drivers.
MCU-HWAPI Baseband Bus among other things is responsible for setting up data routing between baseband Digital Signal Processors, Radio Modules, as well as system and extension modules; OBSAI and CPRI standards link management; CPRI stream router configuration management; OBSAI switched routing configuration; SFP control and event handling; providing SFP presence and vendor info; partial ethernet configuration for radio interfaces.
Your daily duties will include:
- Validating raised issues against theproduct requirements
- Finding root cause of reported problems by thorough analysis of provided diagnostic data
- Driving investigation of complex issues by acting as a technical meetings moderator
- Cooperating with developers, testers and other fault analyst teams
- Getting cross-domain BBB knowledge
- Bachelor or equivalent education in Telecommunications or other corresponding area
