Our client is currently looking for: open, positive candidates, who will be responsible for primary research and benchmarking data, better known as a Benchmarking Specialist. You will be a part of a global team, connecting many geographies. Your experience should come from FS (Financial Services), analyzing and drawing conclusions on a range of external and internal issues regarding the Financial Sector, execution and coordination of complex research/analytical requests (including internal and external expert interviews), provision of analytical, benchmarking services, proven ability to pack the results (e.g. ppt presentations, different types of publications) as well as authoring of training materials in the topic area and development of specialized topic knowledge.
• Not more than 2 years of experience
• Excellent Excel knowledge (modeling would be a high advantage)
• Strong, proven analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all levels of seniority
• Organization and prioritization skills, initiative, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Very good Polish (C2) and English language skills (C1)
• Interest in Financial Services industry or relevant working experience in this Sector is an asset
• Experience in quantitative market research
