Responsibilites
Administration of main benefits for Luxoft Poland employees, what includes:
- Processing benefits enrolments and resignations for all Luxoft Poland employees;
- Controlling and processing all benefits related documents (ex. statements from employees, agreements with benefits vendors, etc.)
- Tracking of benefits usage within the company and preparing the ad-hoc reports of the benefits usage;
- Collaborating with accounting department for payments and deductions;
- Informing employees of the company benefits and providing support with benefits questions and issues (eg. Service Desk);
- Ongoing cooperation with Benefits vendors.
Requirements
Required skills:
- Strong English skills;
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft office package (Excel is a must);
- Attention to details;
- Strong customer orientated approach;
- Great communication skills and ability to build the relationship with employees and benefits vendors;
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
