HR Data Solutions and reporting area has recently introduced a new Data Hub solution with Data marts capability in order to make an HR Data Driven transformation. The project is highly recognized within CS. It combines latest Big Data, APIs, BI, DWH, ETL technologies so. Within this project, there is a request to introduce new Business domain areas as well as improve the entire platform itself.
Team: Data Management and Reporting is an IT department with up to 40 employees currently. There are several projects and applications developed in the area of COO and HR.
Team works in Agile manner (SCRUM framework) which allows the developers to play different project roles - QA, implementer, BA, etc. Almost every developer has technical education background (Information Technology) and share significant experience from different projects conducted as well outside of CS.
Team members are open minded - including proposal for the key stakeholders, keen on providing the changes, enthusiastic and very helpful in onboarding new members up to speed with deliverables
Work as the developer in a self-organizing Scrum team
- Implementation of data sourcing and transformation code, data modelling and report development
- Management of the deployment, maintenance, and user support of the reporting / data access tool(s)
- Technical documentation of all delivered artifacts
- Other duties as assigned
- At least 3 years of professional experience with at least one of the following reporting platforms: OBIEE, Business Objects, Cognos, MS Reporting Services, Tableau, Power BI• Project experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition is a plus
- Big Data technologies are a plus
- Java or JavaScript skills are a plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of software development cycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and a team player with good problem solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
