Currently, for our client, a global logistics company, which has recently launched a Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, we are urgently seeking candidates for the position of Billing Team Leader with German.

As Team Leader you will setup and lead a new team of about 10 employees in Poland.
Billing Specialists are a team dedicated to verifying the correctness of the company’s invoices and putting this data into the SAP system. They cooperate closely with the Administration department in order to control and improve the quality of invoices issued by the company. They need to comply and check the general procedures implied by the company to gather and store the data needed for the process of invoicing.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for both managing the team from organizational side and controlling the billing process.

We are looking for candidates with a master degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration/ Administration or related field. Ideal Candidate has 5 years of previous financial/ accounting experience gained in SSC/ BPO environment and 2 years of experience in managing a team. Fluent German (min. B2) and good English (min. B1) are also required. Good knowledge of MS Office and previous experience with accounting/ billing systems (preferably with SAP) is also necessary. We are looking for highly motivated people with strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
