Brand Manager - Out of Home Channel
Location: Warsaw
Main responsibilities are following:
- Piloting, executing & developing projects to address ice-cream alternative channels such as: scooping, and many more
- Partnering to European IC organization to all incubating projects with relevance to Polish market,
- Active cooperation with European organization in order to execute projects
- Responsibility for target delivery on scooping – turnover and profit
- Preparation & execution of activity plans on scooping in all channels (out-of-home, franchise, horeca)
- Plan alignment with line with brand strategy for brands
- Close cooperation with master franchise company for CDO café, with specific focus on CDO café concept creation & execution, approval of layout of new POS
- Management of relations with franchise chain, KA and shopping malls for all Poland & Baltic’s
- On-going market understanding at consumer and shopper level of alternative IC channels
- Budget management
- Close cooperation with internal team on innovation plans for new concepts
- ownership of business cases towards new IC concepts
- Provides for Sales and Operations Planning input for scooping results; responsible for forecast accuracy on specific projects
- Portfolio management (listings, delistings, in-outs, promo SKUs)
- Drives to resolve stock issues (residuals & obsoletes) on respective level
- Price monitoring (positioning vs. competition - channel perspective) & price execution
- Direct supervision of interns dedicated to start-up projects
- 3-4 years of marketing/brand building/brand building trade experience
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
