For our Client, top-tier Retail company based in Warsaw, we are currently looking for candidates on the position of Business Analyst Eastern Europe for fixed-term 1,5 year contract.
As successful Candidate you will Support business organization in Eastern Europe region in maintaining and conducting timely, accurate and consistent analysis to support sales action; forecast and assessment of risks and opportunities, Manage suite of sales reports with insights to drive Sales and Planning activities; Work with business partners to streamline processes and share best practices; Prepare weekly newsflash reports, quarterly business reviews and annual situation analyses; Issue reports based on knowledge of sales and forecasting; Support implementation of the budgeting processes and adapt to changing business conditions and strategies; Analyze, interpret and provide feedback to key stakeholders regarding actual vs. forecast deviation /performance; Build strong relationship and information exchange with sales and merchandising teams to enable rigor analyses on Customers and Products both from Sell-In and Sell-Out perspective as well as Support Sales team in definition and measurements of incentive programs and ensuring data maintenance within the department.
An ideal Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience on similar position in multinational company, preferably at branded company of apparel sector (including sport/child wear, lingerie, accessories: shoes, bags, bijou, cosmetics) or FMCG sector, with University degree in a numerate discipline (Statistics, Economics, Finance) as well as present creative and proactive approach to numerical analysis with ability to develop insights; possess Self – confidence, perceiving business analysis area as a very important part of business conduct, be proficient in MS Excel, Business Intelligence and SAP (Essbase and Tableau knowledge will be an asset), be well organized and structured, a results-driven self-starter, excellent communication skills team player and possess very good command of English (written and spoken) used on daily basis.
