Business Analyst EMEA

For international SSC located in Lodz we are seeking candidates for the position of Business Analyst EMEA.
Main tasks:
Main tasks:
- Support Supply Chain & Operations Management Team focusing on reporting, provision of information, operational data analysis, etc.
- Support monthly/quarterly meeting processes including help with preparation of performance review presentations/action follow up
- Establish and maintaining Service & Production scorecards including data collection & reporting
- Prepare and consolidate data to analyse progress/support delivery of Operational and Supply Chain Work Stream priorities
- Work with operational teams to extract data and standardize basis of presentation and calculation
- Support the annual budget setting process and consolidate input from all operations
- Work with Finance–Controlling team based in Lodz to extract/provide financial data as required
- Administration of divisional Lotus Notes and other databases
- Communicate to all levels of management, providing timely and pertinent feedback
Requirements:
- Accounting, Business Management, technical degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels of organization with very good command of English
- Ability to work as a member of a team or individually as required
- Business driven mindset
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office; Oracle HFM system and SAP R/3 Business Warehouse system will be an advantage
- Analytical and creative approach with the ability to balance long and short term goals
- Understanding of financial principles and interpretation of financial information
