Job Description:
- Delivering of Client's projects for high-tech companies related to functional strategies, operational improvement, system implementations or transformations of customer facing functions (Sales, Customer Care or Marketing) or back-office functions
- Performing the role of business analyst / consultant or project / stream member responsible for end-to-end delivery of internal projects and exposed to interactions with all levels of stakeholders (executives and midlevel management)
- Ensuring high quality and in time project delivery: work on small to medium-size teams to deliver global / complex projects, independently handle project work stream with limited supervision
- Supporting Accenture teams in business development activities (preparation of proposals, presentations for the clients)
- Delivering internal Accenture projects related to the development of new markets or innovative client services in high-tech sector
Working Conditions:
- Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work.
- Willing to work at client's locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term.
- Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may typically Monday to Friday for some periods during the year.

Minimum higher degree from leading university, MBA degree would be an asset

Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken). Good level of the other foreign languages (German, Italian, French or Spanish) would be an asset

4+ years of strong high technology industry background work experience in a High-Tech company or in the High-Tech domain of leading consulting company

Extensive knowledge of current trends and market developments at high-tech sector

Ability to work with the business area to understand their requirements

Consulting or functional experience in developing the initial project concept, elaborating the primary business objectives, clarifying the scope and impacts of the proposed change and identifying the initial risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies that affect the successful outcome of the project.

Experience of formal project management techniques, such as PRINCE2, PMI, plus associated tools and processes, including planning and estimating.

Knowledge of leading CRM/Sales force automation/ERP systems will be an asset;

Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills.

Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm.

Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment.
