Business Analyst in Oil & Gas, Utilities, Chemicals or Mining Industry

• Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work
• Willing to work at client's locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term
• Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday - Friday) for some periods during the year

• Minimum bachelor's degree
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) and good level of the other foreign language e.g. German, Italian, Russian, French, Spanish would be an asset
• 2+ years of overall industry or consulting (preferred) experience

• Demonstrate experience/ knowledge in Oil & Gas, Chemicals or Mining industry

• Understanding overall industry value chain, processes and operations in respective part of resources industry

• Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment

• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies

• Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

• Relevant experience/ knowledge in project management related to SAP / ERP / IT implementation programs or any other significant IT or business project/ transformation in a company from resources industry would be strong asset

• Relevant experience/ knowledge regarding project management in different stages of the project – from design through execution to closure of the project as a Project Manager or project team member (functional team lead, site readiness lead, deployment lead, PMO Lead, business readiness lead etc.) would be strong asset

• Relevant experience/ knowledge of project management activities according to standard methodology – schedule management, budget management, risk/ issue management, stakeholder management, contract/ requirements management, quality controls etc., experience in Project Management Office would be strong asset

• Participation in projects delivered on a global scale would be strong asset

• Project Management Professional (PMP)® certificate or PRINCE certificate would be strong asset

• Good level of the EU foreign language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be strong asset
