Business Analyst (Retail)

For our Client, an international retail company, we're looking for Business Analyst.

• Update of daily, weekly and monthly report
• Development & implement of tools (sales reports, market dynamics, competitor analysis etc.) for management team and sales/ Retail organization
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the market, its dynamics, opportunities and translate this to sales opportunities for the business
• Collect and analyze data- sell through and market information to ensure optimized sales forecasts, processes and clarity of opportunity
• Monitor and analyze in depth sales performance in light of sales goals, identify areas of weaknesses’ and provide recommendations to improve Sales
• Lead research into current and future shopper behavior and patterns
• Create shopper based category plans
• Analyze productivity of specific sales tactics and propose optimized techniques/ promotions/ initiative to improve sales performance
• Monitor in season retail sales and margin performance
• Manage account forecasts and scenario plans with sales associates
• Prepare Monthly and quarterly key account updates
• Coordinate ad-hoc projects that contribute to the growth of the business
• Prepare all information requirements for Go- to Market meetings to support target finalization and assortment planning
