Currently for our Client, a global company operating in banking industry, we are looking for Business Analyst - Risk Strategic Change to join the finance Centre in Cracow.

The jobholder will be responsible for driving and coordinating the delivery of Market Risk relevant IT and process changes. As a part of this team you would act as the essential conduit between business stakeholders in Risk and the IT delivery functions, at various levels of seniority and across geographical locales. What is more, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum added value by closely working with our business stakeholders to understand and interpret their needs and to stringently prioritise our resources. Your scope of duties will also include: assisting IT in technical design and implementation, ensuring the IT delivery satisfies the business needs and requirements, providing strategic view on the design and project planning, identifying opportunities for IT and process improvements and designing and implementing business processes that effectively complement the developed technology.

The ideal candidate is holding a few years of previous business analysis experience in Risk control preferably in finance and banking industries. You should be also familiar with key risk concepts and measures across asset classes. Good knowledge of IT and banking processes is essential. The successful candidate should have excellent knowledge of MS Office as well as English language. Additionally, you should have strong analytical and communication skills. Strong motivation and ability to work independently is also essential.
