Requirements:
- Experience in working in an Information Technology arena
- Ability to understand complex issues and communicate them effectively and concisely
- Fast learner and worker
- Ability to prepare high quality presentations in appearance and content
- Ability to prepare high quality analysis that is accurate and gets to the core of the analysis
- Ability to summarize and act on complex issues
- Fluent in English and ability to write in high quality business English
- Self-starter, very positive attitude
- Patient, tenacious and committed to getting the highest quality outputs
Responsibilities:
- Work with CIO and IT leaders to prepare analysis, presentations, documentation and any other materials around the firm Information Technology strategy
- Schedule and organize IT leader meetings including Governance meetings, IT Leaders meetings and all IT team meetings
- Create scheduling. planning and tracking of strategy implementation plan and keep tracking up to date
- Work with CIO to follow up on small and large issues that can impact the delivery of the strategy
- Create minutes from meetings and action plans and follow up
- Organize and complete administrative tasks
