Business Analyst /Technical Writer

• Organize all documentation and repository structure for the global team.
• Keep document templates updated.
• Manage a master register / versions / change log of all documents.
• Work with BAs and development leads on various projects to ensure those projects align with the documentation required.
• Help keep our team confluence site up to date.
• Ensure that all information in the various documentation sources is kept up to date throughout.
• Help the Global Development Manager creating new documents and presentations.

• Very good English in speaking and writing
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, work independently and deliver under pressure
• Excellent organizational, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills
• Very organized with a “can do attitude” and have a positive influence on the team

Nice to have:

• English philology degree
• Some Business Analyst experience within IT and good understanding of technology and IT systems
• Experience with documentation tools like Sharepoint, Confluence
• Familiarity with project and defect management tools like JIRA, ALM/Quality Center
• An understanding of standard change control policies and procedures and experience working in an IT environment with rigorous change control procedures
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Technical knowledge and background
