We are looking for:
Business Analyst
Location: Wrocław
Main responsibilities:
- Analyzing business requirements provided by business.
- Communicating with users, architects and development team to understand the requirements and agree on solutions.
- Planning and conduct requirements elicitation sessions, specification walk-throughs and solution demos.
- Creating functional specifications.
- Supporting testers and developers during development, QA and UAT phases.
- Keeping track of the progress of assigned tasks, report status to Project Manager.
Key technical skills:
- Education in computer science, or in a technical program with further education in business administration.
- Proven track record in the Business Analysis domain, certification (e.g., CBAP) is an advantage.
- Solid experience with all phases of software development lifecycle would be beneficial.
- Understanding of FX derivatives products and business processes front-to-back.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently with senior management and other stakeholders.
- Strong management, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CS IT environment is an advantage.
- Fluency in English.
