Analyzing business requirements provided by business
Communicating with users, architects and development team to understand the requirements and agree on solutions
Planning and conduct requirements elicitation sessions, specification walk-throughs and solution demos
Creating functional specifications
Supporting testers and developers during development, QA and UAT phases
Keeping track of the progress of assigned tasks, report status to Project Manager
Be a trusted advisor for our business subject matter experts concerning business application functionality and capabilities, support of the development of business cases.
Education in computer science, or in a technical program with further education in business administration.
Proven track record in the Business Analysis domain, certification (e.g., CBAP) is an advantage.
Solid experience with all phases of software development lifecycle would be beneficial.
Understanding of FX derivatives products and business processes front-to-back.
Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently with senior management and other stakeholders.
Highly motivated and teamwork-oriented approach.
Strong management, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Flexible, proactive and self-motivated way of working.
Fluency in English is required
