The following Business Analysis activities will be required in support of these projects:
In support of AAE, identifying, engaging and managing key stakeholders; managing requirements across the AAE project; actively supporting the complete lifecycle of requirements; identifying associated dependencies and risks across the SLAE program
Partnering with the AAE team and associated stakeholders to communicate AAE objectives
Through data mining and analysis of available data sources manage through to completion the identification, classification, prioritization and resolution of any strategic platform adoption related issues
Complement analysis with proactive engagement of appropriate stakeholders to understand and assess the impact of any identified potential adoption related issues
Elicitation, analysis, documentation, prioritization and management of all requirements and enhancements received in relation to eInventory from the key GCTO/LoB stakeholders. Input and represent these requirements into the wider eInventroy development requirements process
In support of MyDecom, designing technology and process solutions; documenting current & to be processes, technologies, workflows and data flows. Preparing gap analysis, use cases and implementation plans. Represent the customer's interests within the solutions process.
In addition the following generic Business Analysis activities will be required to support the overall portfolio:
Providing analysis that delivers the validation and execution of existing projects / programs, and contributes to shaping and planning the portfolio
Deliver the identification of opportunities, and the development and validation of project / program Business Cases and expected benefits
Perform solution evaluations and selection, eliciting customer agreement on the solutions. Articulate and address the implications of the introduction of a new solution on the current and future technology, process and organisational landscape
Partnering closely with stakeholders, suppliers (internal and external as required), project managers and customers to ensure the testing and successful delivery of solutions in line with the agreed specifications
Preparing end user adoption guides and delivering training
Essential Required Skills and Work Experience:
5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role, within an IT Organisation in Financial Services
Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent; alternatively a similar education in the IT space
Experience of working in an SCRUM/Agile approach to application delivery
Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL, ServiceNow and Portal development would be desirable
Strong Infrastructure background, familiarity with infrastructure product roadmaps and lifecycle concepts
LCM planning experience in analyzing and targeting improvements in product lifecyle development
Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
Ability to maintain excellent relationships with and to influence key stakeholders
Excellent understanding of the business model of IT, understanding the role and business value of IT to its customers and how that value can be improved and developed
Ability to work through ambiguity and complexity to create propositions to support solutions and investment decisions
Ability to leverage excellent written and verbal communication skills, producing material to sell a concept or support a Business Case, proposal or solution
Experience of global project delivery with a proven history of providing analysis and solutions that supports successful project delivery in a matrix environment
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

Enterprise Services (ES) Transformation Business Analyst (BA), working as part of the Poland CoE BA team, will provide BA capabilities to be deployed across two distinct work streams:
- Service Management Transformation (SMT) Portal - MyDecom
- Server Legacy Adoption Enablement (SLAE) - Analysis, Adoption & Enablement (AAE)
