Our client is a leading international life insurance company planning to enter the Polish market in the near future. In order to ensure rapid and efficient start-up of their operations, we are seeking candidates for the position of Business Analyst.
- Apply tools of business analysis, define business requirements, specify solutions
- Map new processes to ensure effective launch of operations
- Deliver business solution designes for assigned project scope
- Gather and understand business requirements, translating them into structured specifications for solutions
- Work with IT systems provider and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that solutions are implemented and fit for purpose
- University degree level
- Min. 3 years of experience on a similar postion
- Experience in life insurance / financial services is mandatory
- Experience in business analysis in Operations / Backoffice will be an asset
- Very good English is a must
