- Develop High quality business and functional requirements and obtain timely sign-off by all respective parties. This includes elicitation, analysis, documentation and validation of functional requirements
- Hold workshops with developers, QAs and product owners to walkthrough the requirements
- Validate the solution by testing the solution in line with defined acceptance criteria and test to requirement tractability matrix
- Develop and maintain a shared understanding of the requirements throughout the course of release cycles
- Create clear and consistent documentation of the requirement/ user stories throughout
About the Project: Payments is a business critical function within the Bank. It’s systems process a large amount of transactions per day including International Payments SWIFT, European Payments SEPA and Swiss Domestic Payments SIC (and others as well).
Payments IT is providing the IT systems/solutions for this business function. The business headquarter is in Zurich, Switzerland. The IT team comprises Bank's internals in Zurich, 3rd Party Software vendor mainly in Warsaw and Integration Software Layer currently in India. The goal is to setup an additional delivery center for the Integration Layer in Poland/Warsaw (close to the 3rd Party Software vendor FIS/C2P in Warsaw)
Our team: The new team in Warsaw is envisaged to be approximately 15 FTE (currently none). The team will work in an Agile setup, hence all the team members have to be very flexible in terms of roles (Requirements, Software Engineering, Testing). The distribution of roles is estimated to be 2 Requirements Engineer, 7 Software Engineers, 3 Testers, 1 Tech Lead, 1 Test Lead and the Delivery Manager (this role)
