Our Client is currently looking for a Candidate to join the Cracow team as a Business Analyst.
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented self-starter who would be responsible for providing direct business and operational support within the Global TAC at the Company.
This individual will focus on account management and operational reporting for a global support organization, enabling Sr Management with timely, decision-ready information.
The Ideal Candidate Should:
- Possess excellent collaboration, attention to detail and communications skills. Flexibility is key as the role may evolve with changing business needs
- Communicate regular status to management on a regular basis in both formal and informal environments
- Perform as a trusted advisor/business partner to the TS management team
- Focus on supporting the services portfolio, and driving operational excellence within the business
- Drive aspects of the business including but not limited to bookings, hold process and management reporting
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS (business preferred)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Solid project management skills/experience
- Thorough knowledge of change management theories and practices
Desired Skills:
- Superior business communications (written, verbal, and graphical)
- Demonstrated stakeholder collaboration/interaction skills (influencing, negotiating, etc.)
- Maintains a clear and complete analytical thought process
- Exceptional team player with the ability to quickly develop and foster cross-functional relationships
- Ability to work well with many levels of management as well as technical contributors
- Motivated, independent and accountable
