Requirements:
- Advanced analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in a similar position
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to drive structure in processes
- Very good work organization
- Problem solving skills
- Fluency in English (B2/C1)
- Experience in the IT will be an asset
Responsibilities:
- Support teams’ and managers’ data requests across 10 markets for all partners
- Update Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual Scorecards
- Maintain data integrity of primary reporting tools, troubleshoots problems, and ensures accuracy
- Coordinate budget (timely submission, planning process)
- Consolidate & document feedback on tool functionality, reporting, and change requests
- Familiarize with tool and assist in facilitating training for the team to help drive tool adoption
- Act as liaison between teams to drive necessary changes
- Manage & maintain up to date data as needed
