Business Analyst

The role:
As a Business Analyst you will be a part of international Change Management Team and collaborate closely with internal clients in order to make a difference and ensure the development of innovative solutions. Your main responsibility will be to collect, analyze and report on business management information to deliver key metrics to the senior management and stakeholders.

The role will be located in the UBS office in Zabierzów (Krakow Business Park).

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, consolidating and presenting regular and ad hoc analysis on business management information
• Extracting and manipulating data from various sources to deliver key message to stakeholders
• Cooperating with various stakeholders and departments to gather and complete accurate data
• Developing client relationships and build strong internal networks
• Improving reporting methods and reports in cooperation with senior management, IT and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Strong experience in business and/or data analysis
• Previous experience in data manipulation and management reporting
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including data presentation and management of multiple data sources
• Very good spoken and written English
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Very good time-management skills and high attention to details
• Excellent communications skills and ability to collaborate effectively within international environment and virtual teams
• Proactive approach and ability to take ownership of all assignments

Additional assets:

• Knowledge of VBA
• Ability to build and manage successful relationship with clients
