On behalf of our client, multinational organization from finance area we are looking to recruit a team of Business Analysts (both Junior and Senior roles) to work in Investment Banking area.
Your role will consist of creating Business Requirements documentation, Gap Analyses and Test plans for multiple projects, analyzing large data in spreadsheets and presenting the results in Excel and Power Point, assisting in management of testing and implementation activities, maintaining relationships with SME’s, IT Delivery Teams and Operations Teams.
As a Senior Business Analyst you will be required to determine requirements from stakeholders using a range of different business analysis techniques, understand and document requirements including modeling and model storming techniques, as well as proactively identify and resolve requirements conflicts.
We are looking for ambitious individuals with degree in Business, Finance, or other relevant discipline. You need to have excellent analytical skills, be proficiency in Excel and speak fluent English. We look for experience in preparation of documentation (BRD’s, Test plans etc.) and previous experience in Business Analysis (2-3 y for Junior, 5-8 y for Senior roles).
Knowledge of Investment Banking, current regulatory environment, and data modeling skills will be additional assets. Seniors are expected to have proven Project and Change Management as well as Visio experience.
