Business Analyst

Responsibilites
Key Responsibilities:
- Information gathering by surveying and analysing IT processes, products and services
- Interviewing key stakeholders
- Documenting use cases and as-is processes
- Documenting to-be processes and determining if requirements are appropriately addressed
- Supporting project management tasks in the areas of quality control and task management
- Supporting business case development
Key Deliverables:
- Process documentation
- Requirements documentation
- Recommendations for improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in an Technology field.
- Experience of PaaS platform technology is preferable but not essential
- At least 3-4 years of business use case analysis experience, and overall 5-8 years of work exp.
- Experience in working dynamic teams with self-directed "customer facing" roles.
- Project lifecycle experience and familiar with approaches to project and scope management.
- Practical Experience in developing test cases and documenting use cases for development.
- Project lifecycle principles, including approaches to requirements management.
