For our Client, a multinational company specialized in IT located in Warsaw, we are currently looking for Business System Analyst.

Responsibilities:
• Creating project-specific requirements deliverables and updating them as required through a formalized change control process
• Providing support to project management and systems delivery teams in the implementation of customer solutions
• Participating in and leading requirements workshops with project stakeholders (both internal and external)
• Presenting information effectively to both internal and external stakeholders and responding in a timely, accurate manner
• Working together with the customer’s business stakeholders and internal technology team members

Requirements:
• at least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or a Business Analyst or equivalent
• strong technical background
• strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex, interconnected IT systems
• strong facilitation skills
• communication skills between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• strong interpersonal and team work skills
• availability to travel internationally
• ability to function in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
• knowledge of Lottery Systems is an advantage
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additionally, fluency in French is an advantage)
