On behalf of our client, international telecommunication brand, we are currently looking for candidates interested in a position of Business Analyst.

Location: Warsaw
Job type: 3 months contract (B2B) with a possibility to be extended

Job Responsibilities:
• Recommend best practices/experiences and solution capabilities to customers
• Develop process map for OSS area, including defining process flows, roles and interfaces to other processes.
• Customer workshop management with structural methodology to define TO-BE processes.
• Gather, clarify, validate and analyse business requirements through ongoing active relationships with the key stakeholders
• Responsibility for the requirement management and change control for process/area.
• Identify and define process KPIs

Qualifications/Core Competences:
• High expertise in business processes, frameworks and methodology
• Practical knowledge of business process for Fulfillment and Assurance domains for fixed-line Telco operators
• Practical experience in business process definition, including modeling, decomposition and requirement management (1 year)
• Practical experience and understanding on the management and execution of projects for application development and migration for legacy IT system
• High-level solution understanding of services, networking, and products for telecommunications market, particularly OSS.
• Knowledge of TM Forum Business Process Framework
• Knowledge of ITIL
• English language on advanced level
• Strong ability to build relationships at the senior level internally and with customers
• Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills
• Effective interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Highly developed business acumen

Optional Competences:
• Knowledge of business processes for regulated services
• Experience in an automated simulation and optimization of business processes
• Knowledge of BPMN
