Business Analyst
Location: Wrocław
The role will provide a Business Analysis function within the EMEA Projects team on the ServiceCo strategic project, within the Corporate Service Technology IT team.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, document, specify and manage requirements and business processes
- Perform functional analysis and provide functional specifications to the build team
- Carry out data sourcing and analysis on upstream data sources
- Identify performance optimization areas and recommend solutions for the ShS Finance IT
- Perform Impact analysis/Regression testing of the changes made to the existing system
- Liaise with Technical teams on creation of TDD's
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong collaboration skills
- Excellent Communication Skills and Client Focus
- Adept at working independently (self-starter, individual contributor) as well as managing others, especially by influence
- Structured, punctual, methodical approach
- Extensive experience in ORACLE RDBMS and SQL*Plus, experience of ITBM a distinct advantage
- Experience of Financial and/or Regulatory reporting
