To strengthen the finance team and support the company's continuous growth, we are looking for talented candidates for the newly created position of Business Controller. In this role, the successful candidate will report directly to the Finance Director and will play a key role in supporting key business decisions.
- Support business decision making by the provision of robust, timely financial information that is communicated in a clear manner
- Support the Finance Director in monthly results presentation, analysis and other presentations to management
- Prepare analysis and comments on monthly sales
- Provide financial analysis to support decision making
- Execute and coordinate the planning, budgeting and forecasting process including
- Support the preparation of financial business cases for management
- Assist in financial forecast updates, 5 year planning & budget inputs
- Support best practice sharing and implement further improvement projects in the finance function
- Relevant degree in Finance/Economics and at least 3 years proven experience in financial & business analysis in an international organization
- Good understanding of the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Can-do attitude, ability to challenge the status-quo and deal with ambiguity
- Strong analytical and communications skills
- Fast learning skills, ability to adapt quickly
- Strong team player with highly developed interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and experience with ERP systems
- Fluent English and Polish
