Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Business Data Analyst
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key responsibilities:
- Monitoring of individual queue and the groups queue
- Creation, Amendment and Deletion in Master Data Base based on client's request.
- Preparation of ad hock and regular reports on client request.
- Solving of incidents / discrepancies.
- Registration of all requests and queries received from the client
- Update of process documentation
- Participation in meetings/calls/reviews with client
- Additional tasks assigned by Supervisor
- Adhere to process documentation.
- Executing, optimize & improve quality checks,
- Coordinating incident resolution across delivery locations/teams
- Provide inputs to improvement initiatives / process changes
- Taking initiative to ensure a high level of consistency within master data
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Higher Education, preferably Economy or Management and Marketing
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (ability to analyse and convert data using formulas and functions)
- Experience in SAP/ SAP Master Data will be an asset
- Accuracy and focus on details
- Customer orientation
