Business Excellence is a key function within Accenture Operations working with Delivery Centers and owning Quality Programs’ Management, delivering Quality Improvements, Process Optimizations and Process Automation Projects, driving Operational and Automation Maturity agenda, promoting Kaizen and Continuous Improvement culture.
- Lead a team of up to 20 Specialists – Quality and Business Excellence Leads, Automation Developers
- Accountable for all Quality Programs’ and their results, Optimization Projects and delivering set targets
- Accountable for Process Optimizations and Process Automations with targets ~100 FTE per annum
- Scope of management: entire Delivery Center in Poland as client organization with several delivery locations across Warsaw and Krakow; total Delivery Center size ~1800 employees
- Programs under management: Quality Culture, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Operational Maturity, KPIs/SLAs, Automation, Automation Maturity, supporting Artificial Intelligence deployments
- Team responsible for driving workshops, identification of cost optimization opportunities and delivery of projects and results (identification of 50% of total Delivery Center cost optimization target & delivery of 25% through projects led)
- Ideal candidate: multi-year SSC/BPO veteran with vast experience in managing Quality, OPEX, Automation departments and with proven track record of delivering large-scale optimization projects & results
- Excellent people management, client management, stakeholder management skills with proven experience
- Excellent project and program management expertise with proven experience
- Extensive knowledge of Quality, OPEX, Automation programs, tools and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Executive relationship building and presentation ability (client-facing)
- Problem-solver, “can do attitude”, result-oriented
