Business Intelligence Manager

Requirements:
- Master in Business/economics/mathematics or similar
- Experience from working with IT based reporting systems
- Business background and system ownership with a substantial knowledge of IT systems/databases
- Fluent English
- Willingness to come to Denmark for up to 3 months for onboarding purposes
- Excellent Excel skills
- Project Management Experience
- Focus on ensuring high quality every time
- Solution mode and business oriented – strong analytical & financial mindset
- Must over time be able to engage in dialogue with affiliates and senior management regarding sales reporting and data requests
- Strong consulting presentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Build and implement automatized new reports on selected KPI’s (i.e. Sales orders, Allergy Species, Activities by Medical
- Representatives, Revenue ) and update
- Design requests and algorithms in order to improve overall business insights via Commercial Cockpit (i.e. via new reports,
- activity overview and follow-up reports, adoption ladder reports etc.)
- Develop overall system longingly and present improvement to steering committee (including costs of implementations
- and System Requirement Analysis)
- Improve current reporting tool (i.e. By logging issues to BI managers)
- Ensure ongoing update of overall data base and the actual reporting tool
- Drive Global Workstreams i.e. implementation of the Commercial Cockpit to various markets
- Overt time act as consultant/data provider for various ad hoc requests
- Enable/Promote relevant business insights
- Over time the incumbent may be asked to prepare data for very senior personnel i.e. deliver data to VP and EVP level
