Business & Operations Assistant/Coordinator / E-commerce Rare Opportunity

Job description
What to expect from this job.
- You'll start in a small team of 4-5 people at first and then in 1-2 months after you start we're hiring 20 more rockstars (family atmosphere of a start up but we're expanding fast - in fact you'll be helping with recruiting process of the next 20 people so it'll be fun).
- Full time job (independent contractor agreement not a regular employment) from 9am in Wilanow.
Some of your daily beginning tasks will include (they will evolve after 1-2 months):
- answering customer service emails in english (around 1 hour each day - but No need to call customers nor to sell anyone anything),
- replying to customers' online bad reviews to offer them refund/replacement (1 hour a day),
- contacting professional reviewers to offer them free products in exchange for social media publicity (1-2 hours a day, we will teach you the system)
- managing shopify site, monitoring products on Amazon
- doing lots of internet research about new potential products
- creating/designing these products (we'll teach you how)
- managing submissions of new potential hires
- promo/marketing tasks like managing social media sites, internet research
- anything the CEO needs to be arranged, reserached, organized,etc
Requirements
The type of person w're looking for:
- Fluent english (in our office we speak only english with each other, customers, suppliers).
- Obsessed with precision and details.
- Organized. They deliver what they promise 100%.
- Resourceful. Someone who does not need hand holding at every turn.
- Pride in your work ethic. Can't sleep if something is not done right.
- Someone who wants to be a part of something special, to have their contribution mean something important.
