For our Client, one of the world's leading biotechnologies companies, we are looking for experienced Candidates for the position of Business Planning and Analysis Manager
Key tasks:
Key tasks:
- team management,
- top-line forecasting process (monthly and quarterly),
- driving business review, budget and Long Range Plan process,
- Business Case scenario preparation (support Commercial/Market Access Teams),
- full responsibility of Sales Incentive Plan,
- sales reporting and variance explanation
- introduction of new tools to improve reporting capabilities
Requirements:
- fluent English,
- at least 5 years of experience in a similar role - business planning/analysis/pricing,
- ability to act as a reliable Business Partner for Senior Management
- pharma experience as an asset
