/Key responsibilities:
- Analyzeand identify areas for improvement in production environments
- Identifyand implement solution that translate in to standardization and processefficiency
- Drivethe sharing and institutionalization of best demonstrated practices acrossteams and countries
- Drawinferences from process details and link these inferences to the big picture byconsidering business objectives in identifying process improvement
- Monitoring,measuring and providing feedback on process performance
- Facilitatingprocess workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising withusers
- Managing processchange
- 1-2 years of experience in an operations environment
- Bachelor's degree (preferred : Science, Technology,Math or Engineering)
- Green Belt or Black Belt desired
- Proficiency in Business English
- Willingness to travel
- Knowledge of process mapping and business processreengineering
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to solve challenging problems
- Ability to lead the team
