Our client is international consulting company is looking for Business Analyst to be part of projects related to banking system integration
Salary: 10000-14000 net + VAT
Key responsibilities:
• Analyzing currently used systems, solutions, identifying wastes and process bottle necks
• Analyzing current process set-up and Identifying process gaps
• Proposing process improvement plans
• Improving tools used and delivering new solutions
• Active participation in process optimization
• Cooperating with other BPAs in aim for an effective process improvement implementation
• Document process information using diagrams and notation
• Write Business Process Management System (BPMS) specifications
• Process testing and execution
• Monitoring effectiveness
Qualifications:
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills
• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Very good English skills
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to establish priorities
• Fluency in MS Office
• Familiarity with banking environment
• Previous project experience
• Knowledge of Visio, Enterprise Architect or other business process support software
• Basic knowledge of SQL and XML, understanding of technical terms and environment
• Familiarity with at least one business process notation
