Business Process Automation Analyst

Requirements:
- Experience of work in SSC/BPO with knowledge of map process flow (in particular in Finance area)
- Strong focus on continuous process improvement and process quality
- Lean and process standardization experience will be an asset
- Good analytical skills and thinking “out of the box”
- General knowledge of Robotics Process Automation solutions will be an advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to drive workshops with different stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Identyfing of automation opportunities and analyzing the potential process gaps
- Assessing the process landscape, sorting processes by feasibility and potential for automation
- Processing maps by producing the Process Definition Documentation and preparing Solution Design Documentation
- Involving key business and IT stakeholders to clarifying the process
- Coordinating the local Robotics initiatives
- Acting as interface between operational teams and RPA developer
