A Swiss provider of technologically advanced solution for banking and financial services is opening its new Shared Service Centre - in Warsaw.
Newly created structures offer wide range of opportunities for development and work with advanced solutions within financial administration.
We are building the whole team from scratch and we are kindly inviting candidates to take part in the recruitment and together build a new brand on Polish market.
Duties will include:
- participating in migration process
- working with new customers and support them with transition
- cooperation with other teams inside company and the client's key customers
- working with project teams to build long term relationship between the corporate client
- analyse client's needs and requirements, liaising with other internal contributors to develop a comprehensive solution proposal
- understanding working with different types of data structures to migrate data during the transition phase
- cooperation with project managers to handover of client administration to Account and Relationship Managers
- educating clients on the implemented solutions and assisting clients to complete user acceptance testing
Requirements:
- more than 2 years experience in banking, financial services or bussines consulting
- university degree (Economy, Finance or similar will be a plus)
- fluent English min. C1 (other language: German or Frech will be a plus)
- excellent interpersonal skills
- big picture understanding
- self-driven with a high energy level, along with outstanding communication skills
- tecdhnical streak ( SQL or VBA will be considered a strong asset)
- interest in analysis, consulting or project management
- willing to travel
