You will join a dedicated team with strong E2E focus. The role is based in Łódź.
Who you are
To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- Are self-driven and proactive with a positive attitude and integrity
- Possess leadership skills with the ability to inspire others to succeed and get the work done
- Have project management experience
- Are ambitious and structured problem solver that demonstrates good judgement and practical sense with limited information at hand
Your experience and background:
- Professional background in Business Process Management, Governance and tools
- Experience and proven track record from driving and implementing Business Process Transformation initiatives i.e. developing and implementing BPM Frameworks and establishing process governance
- High skills in communication, presentation and stakeholder management, as well as fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent change management skills
- University degree in Business Administration or similar (M.SC) or corresponding work experience
