Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
- Supporting preparation or coordination delivery of the relevant project management documentation, including project charter, project plans and progress reports in line with the applicable Project Management Methodology
- Supporting project close review including lessons learnt review
- Supporting operational activities assigned by Finance Solutions team
- Cooperating with 3rd party Suppliers to support AP Automation
- Supporting project quality assurance including factory, functional and end user testing
- Effectively cooperating with the Finance and IT teams
- Supporting or facilitating adherence to the relevant internal processes and controls including IC (Internal Controls), Quarterly Release Process and Unified Quality Process
- Working with the Finance Solutions team to support world class financial systems and processes
- 2-4 years Oracle ERP system experience; 4-6 years overall accounting/finance experience
- Intermediate level Excel
- Good level of practiced technical knowledge
- Matrix management experience of multiple teams
- A global approach and an appreciation of cultural differences
- Ability to engage with customer and internal staff as required
- Ability to ability to work in a virtual team environment
- Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail
- Administrative and project management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and to build a strong rapport with customers and the Service Provider
